100 Random Things about me

I'm not conceited enough to think you might be hanging on the edge of your seat to know 100 random facts about me, but it's my blog, so here we go...

  1. Do you know how often I think about making these lists? But then I think no one would read them... or think they were interesting. But I LOVED your list!!! I want to comment on each of them, but I'll just say a few... I don't know when Flag Day is either, I grind my teeth too (have you ever worn a night guard??), and I love all the celebrity talk! Do you remember what you said to Ben Stiller?? Oh, and I just can't say "Apple, Aaron." (imagine me practicing out loud for a minute straight.) Do you really say his name like that?

    1. Flag day is June 14th and I still have no idea what it's about. Maybe the first flag was made on that day! lol

I was sick to my stomach (hangover) when I was waiting on that table. I had gone to the bar and was whining to the bartender that I felt ill. He gave me gingerale with bitters in it. Ben Stiller came to the bar to ask for something and asked what I was drinking. I told him and he replied, "Doesn't that have alcohol in it? and I said, "Yeah, about as much as a teaspoon of vanilla extract". lol

  2. Great list!

That's really cool that you've met so many celebrities.

I only drink iced coffee.. even in the dead of winter. People think I'm crazy.

I still don't know what flag day is.

I have no idea how you would pronounce Mary, marry and merry differently from each other. Or how Erin and Aaron are different.. ha! They're all the same to me.

  6. Thanks for sharing. I feel like we just had lunch in person. I'm so sorry about your mother. Your relationship with her was so wonderful.
I love how you pronounce Aaron different from Erin. I grew up in TX and have always done that! I can't believe you posted about the birth of you baby before she was even cleaned! Too funny! I had both my kids way before I started FB. (They are only 8 and 11)! You rock.

  15. Aw, I love this list! I love learning more about everybody. We have a lot in common. And I've always known what flag day is because it's my mom's birthday, lol. :)

  16. Nope, I don't know what a taquito is. Is it spicy? Or flavorful? You know how I hate spicy and flavorful. :)

I wish I had gotten to meet your Mom. I would have loved her and adopted her as my own, no doubt. It was cool to learn more about her, thanks for sharing all that.

You met Ben Stiller?!?! LOVE HIM!! Mushrooms, really?!? The fungus vegetable??

It's funny how similar we are in some ways and how totally opposite we are in others. Your last meal sounds like my personal nightmare.

  17. Oh, I love these!!! And you're totally right- we have so much in common, it's crazy. First of all, kudos to your drug-free birth. You are my hero. And you do seem so much taller than you are!! Funny- Averi was born on Labor Day, Lily was born a couple days before Memorial Day and Charlotte was due on New Year's Day. It's almost uncanny how parallel our lives are.... the medical background, the waitressing/bartending, the love for ecards, tongue-piercing, etc. etc. Oh, and I drink hot coffee year-round, even in the blazing summers. Your mom sounded great- I'm sure she loves this list, too. PS- I know what taquitos are!

  18. I love the list, Kameron - I read every single one. Very eye opening! I had no idea you were a west coast girl and that you waited on celebrities?!?!? I also improved my food pickyness after meeting my husband. Your mom sounds like she was a fantastic lady and you continue to honor her memory. ::hugs::
